Our orders are usually delivered within 48 to 72 hours in mainland Portugal. The delivery time may be affected if your order contains pre-ordered products or during high sales volume periods (Campaigns, Black Friday, Christmas...).
Pink Body Art offers several shipping methods, which may or may not have an associated cost, depending on the characteristics of the order, such as weight, value, and destination region.

Once we ship your order, you can track it with the tracking code that will be sent to you by email.
For all shipments, the courier company responsible for the delivery and transport of all our orders is CTT Correios. If in any case the delivery is not completed, your order will be received at the post office closest to your address.
The delivery address provided by the Customer will be considered the correct address for the delivery of the Products.
Inside your order, you will find each piece of jewelry in its respective packaging, usually placed inside a PINK BodyArt Bag.
At the moment, shipments to countries outside Portugal are unavailable. You may contact PINK BodyArt to check the possibility of an extraordinary shipment. Occasionally, shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional taxes and duties, which in any case will be the responsibility of the buyer.
