We currently offer standard shipping to mainland Portugal for €4.99 (free shipping on orders over €75) within 5 business days. Shipping to new destinations will begin soon.

How do I change my details on my PINK Body Art account?
To change your Pink BodyArt account information, visit My Account . By clicking there, you can change your personal information, address, and view your purchase history.
What payment methods are accepted on the website?
We accept payments by card, ATM, MBWAY, PayPal, and Klarna. Pink BodyArt reserves the right to change its payment methods without prior notice.
Can I return or exchange items purchased online?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. Once you receive your order confirmation email, you won't be able to modify or cancel your order (you can still contact us to attempt this). However, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return or exchange your items (please see the return and exchange rules and procedures here ).
Why was my order canceled?
A canceled order can be due to several reasons: one of the products was no longer in stock, or its size was not available, payment was not received, or the delivery address provided was incorrect. Canceling your order will result in a partial or full refund and can take up to 14 days, depending on the financial institution.
