Refund policy

RETURNS

 

1. Framework

This return policy has been drafted in accordance with the applicable legislation and may be updated without prior notice.

 

2. Withdrawal and return period

The customer has the right to terminate the contract without incurring any costs (other than the cost of returning the product(s)) and without needing to provide a reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the product(s).

Therefore, if exercising the right of withdrawal, any purchase made in the store may be returned within the maximum period of 14 days after receipt. After this period, it will no longer be possible to offer a refund or exchange of the item(s).

If the customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, they must complete and submit an unequivocal statement of withdrawal. You may, by contacting the store within the above-mentioned period, request the Withdrawal Form or clearly state via email to devolucoes.pinkbodyart@gmail.com that you wish to terminate the contract.

The email contact must include the following details:

  • Recipient’s name
  • Phone/mobile contact
  • Order number
  • Order date
  • Order receipt date
  • Number of products and/or services purchased
  • Purchase invoice
  • Proof of payment

Once the withdrawal request is received, a response will be provided as soon as possible in order to expedite the return process.

 

3. Conditions for return

For a purchase to be eligible for return, the purchased items must be in the same condition in which they were delivered. The product’s original seal must remain intact, without any signs of being broken. This includes the original packaging, which must be undamaged, and the absence of signs of use, damage, or mishandling. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted for return.

Products related to hygiene or personal intimacy will also not be accepted for return. The return must always be made to the retailer and never to the product and/or service supplier.

 

4. Documentation

In order for the return process to be completed, it is necessary to include the purchase invoice, proof of payment, and the information requested in "2. Withdrawal and return period".

 

5. Refund

The refund of the value of the product(s), as well as delivery costs, will be made in full within 14 days from the date we are informed of the withdrawal decision.

PINK BodyArt is not obliged to reimburse additional return costs such as a collection method different and more expensive than the one offered by us. If product collection from the customer is requested by PINK BodyArt, the refund process will begin after the product(s) have been duly received. The customer will be notified via devolucoes.pinkbodyart@gmail.com regarding this process.

The refund will be made using the same payment method originally used by the customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise, provided that the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

If you do not receive your refund within the specified timeframe, please recheck your bank account. If you still cannot confirm the deposit, contact your bank manager. If there is still no feedback, contact your bank directly. After these steps, you may contact us at devolucoes.pinkbodyart@gmail.com.

 

6. Exchanges

An exchange of items is only accepted when the order is defective, incomplete, incorrect, or damaged during delivery. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us by email at the following address: devolucoes.pinkbodyart@gmail.com.

 

7. Gifts

If the item was a gift, it will only be accepted for exchange upon presentation of the respective gift receipt.

 

8. Shipping costs

The shipping costs initially paid will be included in the refund amount, as provided for by current legislation under Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

If the customer wishes to make a partial or full return of an order placed with PINK BodyArt, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping costs related to returning the product to the store, whether for refund or exchange, except in cases of defective products.

We cannot guarantee that returned items will be delivered or received in the same condition as when they were shipped.

 

9. International returns

For an order delivered abroad, the return process is carried out under the same conditions mentioned above.
