Below, you can read about the different activities that involve the processing of your data by PINK BodyArt.
3.1 Data collection through your interaction with us
Various technologies may be used on our websites, in email, and in advertising services to enhance them and make them more efficient and secure, as well as to improve your user experience. These technologies may result in personal data being collected automatically by us or by third parties on our behalf. Examples of such technologies include cookies and server communication. Providing your personal data for this purpose is not a contractual requirement but is treated as part of our Web services. If you choose not to accept these technologies, PINK BodyArt may not be able to provide all relevant website functionalities, which may affect your experience.
When you visit one of PINK BodyArt's websites, your personal data may be processed for marketing and personalization purposes through Web analytics, which may include: product search analysis, A/B testing, traffic source analysis, internal search, purchase and device analysis, as well as retargeting, through the use of cookies and similar tracking technologies. For more information on how we use cookies and similar technologies, see Section 4 below.
- When you visit our studio
In the PINK studio, you can subscribe to our newsletter and participate in customer satisfaction surveys. If you wish to receive the latest news and updates, you can give your consent to receive our marketing materials and will be included in the newsletter subscriber list.
- Use of retargeting technologies
These allow us to target and offer personalized advertising to online visitors who have previously shown interest in our products or brand through interaction with our websites. Retargeting technologies analyze your previous behavior on our site to create a unique advertising profile in order to show personalized online ads. Our advertising partners may also display ads on our behalf via the Internet. These partners may collect personal information about your visits to our websites, as well as other websites they work with.
Our website may integrate with various social media platforms you use. For example, this may be done through our PINK BodyArt account login pages, where you can use your social media account for authentication. By using this authentication, you agree that we may receive information from your social media login provider and process it together with your behavior on our site.
By using this authentication, you agree that we receive information from your social media account provider to allow you to access your PINK BodyArt account. If you do not wish for this data transfer to occur, you can create an account using your email, and we will not receive any social media data for this purpose.
We may also use the same social media platforms to collect data about you to measure ad and campaign performance, build advertising audiences, improve ad delivery, and provide personalized content. This data is collected using a pixel or similar technology. Data collected this way may include, among other things, the web browser you use, online identifiers such as your IP address, and information about interactions during your visit to our website, e.g., making a purchase, browsing our products, or subscribing to our newsletter. For an overview of how each social media partner may process your personal data.
We may process your personal data for marketing and analytics purposes unless your interests, rights, and fundamental freedoms, cf. GDPR Art. 6 (1), (f), override our interests.
